Pricing

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance of services being provided. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

You may reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend are not eligible for refund.

We may cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative appointment or full refund at your choice.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to KentshiremBritAi Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
